'Mutant Newt'

Calderstones Park, Liverpool, 2005.

Carved and constructed Oak, approximately 180cm x 180cm x 120cm. Commissioned by Liverpool City Council to develop a sculpture to be situated by the Greater Crested Newt pond as part of a larger scheme. The piece was developed through workshops with the pupils of Calderstones School.
