Because I work in green oak and use joinery in my sculpture it was a natural development to learn to build timber frames. I have worked with local joiners and builders on these small builds. I'm interested in constructing buildings using the natural shapes within the timber to dictate the outcome.

As a sculptor I have a strong interest in wooden architecture. My knowledge and experience of constructing wooden sculpture has opened up opportunities to get involved in the design and fabrication of buildings; so far these have been quite traditional timber constructions but I am open to opportunities to combine the two.
